Hot Pepper Hosting is looking for highly self motivated individuals to fill our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Outside Sales Representative / Sales Representative / Sales Executive sales positions.
Job Requirements
General Experience Required:
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail
* Represent the company in a positive, professional and likable demeanor
Marketing Experience Required:
* Must have a strong understanding of marketing strategies for the Internet
* Ability to identify markets and develop marketing strategies
* Ability to create marketing plans and successfully execute
* Ability to develop marketing materials as needed, including but not limited to brochures, website text, descriptive product information, feature descriptions, press releases, etc.
* Ability to develop, implement and track marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness
* Strong understanding of Google AdWords and online advertising
* Ability to analyze traffic reports to improve website effectiveness
* Must possess a strong understanding of web based businesses, including but not limited to: how to drive traffic, how websites are built, how they’re hosted, etc.
* Understand the general technical aspects of websites, such as how to edit, make changes, what’s feasible and what’s not.
* Strong understanding of SEO / SEM practices
* Ability to create professional company communication for general management purposes, marketing, or sales
Sales Experience Required:
* Must be able to develop a revenue growth plan and successfully execute
* Extensive knowledge of sales skills and techniques.
* Ability to analyze past sales data, project future opportunities and derive meaningful and achievable forecast for each period
* Excellent closing and problem-solving skills and the ability to utilize them to secure continuing client relationships
* Ability to develop sales materials as needed, including but not limited to call scripts, template emails, pricing grids, sales processes, etc.
* Must have a strong understanding of sales strategies for the Internet
* Strong ability to develop contracts and conduct negotiations
We currently have openings in Florida and Northern Virginia. All Outside Sales Positions are 100% Commission’s plus performance bonuses. Starting monthly earnings potential is $1500-3200/mo.
